I memang selaluuuu booking hotel guna website B ni ha. Memang website fav dari zaman study sampailah I kerja hotel pun I suka website ni I rasa sangat easy peasy and user friendly. Sales person dia pun friendly tak silap I.
So for this coming New Year eve, I booked this studio apartment di tengah KL. Building tu memang famous pun tapi I booked ni di bawah host lah. Memang I dah confirmed nak lah.
Selalunya memang I akan check policy, tak pernah ada masalah. Nak dijadikan cerita this time I check property policy dan bukan individual room policy. Lagi 4,5 hari nak tarikh check in , (which cancellation cost me RM 209+ 16% tax) baru lah I ter-perasan 'Children Cannot Accommodate This Property' . kecewaa gila oi. Kiranya kalau amek 1 bedroom ke boleh je bawak budak tapi sebab studio type takleh bawak. ish -,-
I try email and tanya. Yelah anak-anak I well-behaved (as if they care hahahah) tapi seperti yang dijangkakan jawapannya tetap tak boleh sebab itu memang policy. Okay walaupun frust I tak boleh buat apa lah. Time I check , takde apa apa. Ni time tak baca betul betul lah jadi macam ni. Ye lah selalu yang tak boleh bawak budak ni hotel jenis budget inn or 7 bintang. Rupanya apartment tengah bandar pun macam ni. Okay belajar dari kesilapan. I nak honeymook dengan Ocin je lah
So hari Khamis I call host tu sebab nak confirmkan booking and nak tanya mana nak collect key. Tau apa dia kata?
Host: Maam, your booking is not confirm
Me: ha? why?
Host: because your booking is on the 30th not 31st
Me: Eh I thought I booked on the 31st and checkout on the 1st
Host: yeah. in B website you book 31st but in our system is 30th
Me: why? because I book 31st?
Host: ye Maam, that's what I told you. Your booking in the website is 31st but in our system is 30th
ha, 3x ulang . I memang nak marah tapi okay sabar. Mungkinkah system dia ngeng sikit? aduh pening
Me: okay so any solution or suggestion?
Host: you may come on the 30th or contact cust service to cancel
Okay tu je pilihan I ada. I pilih untuk cancel. Seriously I tak faham, sebab setahu I kalau book kat website B tu akan direct masuk system hotel. Apa masalah entah tapi I taknak amek tahu masalah dia. I cuma dah tawar hati and nak cancel tanpa sebarang charge. Lupa pulak tanya pasal cancellation fee
I email kat customer service website B. Hopefully I takkan kena charge. I bengang sangat sangat bengang ni

Of course it is not my fault. Okay I don't blame B website . so nak salahkan sapa? System error? haiyoo

booking.com? ke.. system problem lah tu. hmm susah juga kalau ada problem mcm ni xleh nk blame sesape
